Prices, product descriptions, and availability are subject to change without further notice. List price is the suggested retail selling price of a product provided to us by manufacturers. We periodically update the list prices on our website as we receive them, but in some cases manufacturers may change a suggested retail price, item description or discontinue a product without notice to us. Please contact the manufacturer of a specific product for the most up-to-date List Price information.

Payment Terms
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover. We also accept money orders, cashier's checks, and personal checks by mail. If you pay with any form of check, the item purchased will not ship until the check has cleared our account which takes 14 days from date of receipt.

Limited Warranty
All new products are sold with the manufacturer's limited warranty if applicable. The warranty period and service varies by manufacturer and product. The full text of any such warranty is available, free of charge by contacting the manufacturer or may possibly be viewed on the manufacturers website.

Return Items      (freight damaged items - see below)
You must contact us within 72 hours of receipt of the item to obtain a Return Authorization number.

Use the original packaging and boxes to return the merchandise to us. We recommend using FedEx or UPS. Be sure to cover the original shipping address on the outside carton. It is important that you retain the tracking number. You must insure the package for the value of the merchandise. All included accessories (e.g. power adapters, mouthpieces, etc.) and paperwork (e.g. owner's manual, warranty cards, etc.) must be returned with the item. The return may be denied or a fee may be charged for missing items.

All shipping charges to and from Boogie Music are the responsibility of the customer.

Restock Fees
Items that are returned in a condition less than described prior to purchase may be denied or assessed a restocking fee of no less than 15%. Ordered shipments that are refused will be assessed a 15% restocking fee.

Non-returnable Items
Copy protected material: books, sheet music, DVD's, CD's, videos & software.
Recording media: cassettes, reels, DAT tapes, Mini-discs, CDR’s, DVD's.
Drumheads, drum sticks, cleaning and care products, rosin, tubes, strings.
Reeds, cork grease, oils, harmonicas, pitch pipes, ear plugs & other in-ear items.
Raw frame speakers, pickups that have been installed, gift certificates.

Returning Items Damaged in Shipping
To qualify for return shipping of damaged items, you must contact us within 72 hours to recieve a Damage Return Authorization number.

Repack item using all original packing materials and boxes. Include all original packaging, accessories (e.g. power adapters, mouthpieces, etc.) and paperwork (e.g. owner's manual, warranty cards, etc.). We will arrange to have the shipping company pick up the item and inspect it for shipping damage, before returning it to us. Upon receiving the returned merchandise from the shipping company, we will send out a replacement.

Credits and Refunds
Your return will be processed within 72 hours once it is received. Your merchandise refund or credit will be posted to your credit card. Most credits are viewable on your credit card account within five business days. If you paid with a check or money order, you will be sent a refund check. Please allow 14 days for processing.
