Shipping Policies

1. We do not ship outside the United States.
2. We only ship UPS or USPS.
3. Most orders ship within 24-48 hours.
4. Average delivery time is 2-5 business days.
5. We do not ship on weekends.
6. We only ship to the billing address of the credit card being charged.
7. Any order shipping to U.S. Military APO/FPO addresses can only ship USPS Priority Mail (3-6 business days). Please Note: USPS Priority Mail has a 70 lb. limit per box.
8. We ship all orders complete. You will be notified if any items are backordered.
9. As a security precaution, we reserve the right to refuse to ship any order.

2. Standard Ground Only (see overnight & 2 day below)
3. Available in the lower 48 states only.
4. Discounts available to Hawaii & Alaska.
5. Not available on orders shipping to Post Office Boxes.
6. Oversized items that cannot be shipped UPS standard ground are excluded.
7. Drum sets will receive a 50% freight discount.
8. Not applicable with Purchase Orders.
9. School Band Rentals excluded.

Overnight and 2 Day Shipping

1. Free shipping does not apply.
2. These orders must be placed by phone.
3. Order must be placed prior to 3pm Eastern time.
4. Rates are based on weight and zone.
